Faith Trust Fund (FTF) is a voluntary, non-government, and non-profit-making organization established in 2019 under the Trustees Incorporation Act 9 (Cap.318 R.E.2002). Headquartered in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, FTF is committed to empowering women, children, and people with disabilities, as well as marginalized groups, by providing access to socio-economic opportunities and eliminating cultural barriers that hinder their well-being.
FTF operates across key thematic areas, including education through Faith Pre and Primary School, scholarships, and experimental learning centers. We provide care services to vulnerable communities and households through targeted support programs.
Our mission is to transform lives by creating opportunities in education, entrepreneurship, and care services, fostering a society where everyone can realize their full potential on an equal basis. Guided by values of accessibility, integrity, and collaboration, we strive to create sustainable solutions for those in need.
Accountability: We take personal responsibility for using our resources efficiently, achieving desired results, and being accountable to supporters, partners, and, most of all, needy people who are our primary partners.
Ambition: We set goals and are devoted to improving the quality of everything we do for the people we serve.
Collaboration: We respect and value each other and work with partners to leverage our strengths in making a difference.
